Vacation rental pricing engine, Beyond Pricing announced it raised $42.5 million in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
Beyond Pricing’s robust automated pricing software based on 10 billion proprietary data helps independent property owners, managers, and developers compete with the larger hospitality players entering the space. Beyond Pricing enables its customers to price their properties competitively regardless if they list on Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway or other platforms.
Currently Beyond Pricing prices over 150,000 listings in more than 7,000 cities, totaling over $1 billion in worldwide bookings.
Beyond Pricing plans to use this round of funding for further product development and expansion into the Europe market with the opening of an office in Portugal.
